Snatch-Barbell-complex

Perform 5 rounds of the whole complex (7 Bars)

1 Squat-Snatch
1 Overhead-Squat
1 Snatch-Ballance

When you can’t finish the last Bar you have to do 15 GHD-Sit-ups for every not finished round

CrossFit-Skills

5 rounds for time of:

1 ascent rope climb
10 Box-Jumps (M30/W24)
15 Toes to Bar
20 Pistols
