WOD:

For time:
5 rounds of:
3 Hang-Clean and Jerk (M60/W40) Advanced (80/50)
1 ascent rope-climb

then Rest for one Minute and do 5 rounds of:

10 Deadlift (same weight as before)
10 Knees to Elbows
5 Handstand-Push-ups (Advanced „Deficit HSPUs“)
