Death by Shuttle-Sprints (1 Shuttle = 10m)
1 Shuttle the first minute
2 Shuttles the second minute
3 Shuttles the third minute
Continuing to add 1 shuttle each minute until you cannot complete
the required number of 10 meter shuttles in the given minute.

Time-Cap 12 minutes.

3 MINUTES BREAK

WOD2:
5 minutes amrap Kettlebell-Snatches (M24Kg/W16Kg).
Change Hands after minimum Sets of 3 reps.
