“I go, you go” – 18 minute AMRAP of

– 250m Row

– 20 reps unbroken wallballs 9/6kg (advanced 30 reps). There is no scaling on the weight!

– Partner 1 completes a round, followed by partner two
– For every round YOU break, your PARTNER must row 500m on their next round
