150 Wall Ball Shots 9/6kg (Hang)
150 Russian KB Swings 32/24kg (Squat Hold with Medball)
150 cal Assault Bike (Farmers Hold with 2 KBs 2×32/24kg)

One person is doing the dynamic exercise, one person is doing the static exercise, one person is resting.
Reps only count when static exercise is held.
