1) On the 90 seconds for 7 rounds do:
1 round of strict „Cindy“
Cindy: 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats
2) „unbroken-DT“
Perform as long as you can
1 round of unbroken DT
1 Minute break
1 round is: 12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang-Power-Cleans, 6 Push-Jerks M70Kg/W50Kg
If you drop the bar before you finish the unbroken round the WOD is finished.
Time-Cap: 20 minutes
