2) 3 rounds of 3 Minute Work / 2 Minutes break
30 Wall-Ball-Shots
30 american Kettlebell-Swings M24Kg/W16Kg
Rest of the time amrap Burpees
Goal is to make minimum 50 Burpees total in 3 rounds. For every missing Burpee do 2 Wall-Climbs.
