1) 3 max sets of Glute-bridge with band at knees: 2 seconds hold at the top. Use Barbell on hips

2) Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

10/7 cal. bike or 15/12 cal. row (take whatever is free)
15 hand release push-ups
20 bulgarian split squats with 1 leg in ring (10 reps each side)
