On the 2:30 minutes do 6 reps Bench Press AHAP
2. Team of 2 for time:
100 reps Kettlebell Snatches (each Partner has 1 Kettlebell with his own weight / just 1 is working at the same time)
150 reps over the Box Step-ups with both Kettlebells (it is not allowed to change the weight / even if you have to work with 8Kg in one hand and 32Kg in the other)
200 double Kettlebell Swings (also not allowed to change the weight)
