„Pumping Friday“
OT 90 seconds for 5 rounds do
1) 10 reps Hip-Thrusts AHAP
2) 10 reps each side one arm strict Press with DB AHAP
5 rounds of:
20 Lunges (20 each side / use any weight / Barbell, Kettlebell, Plates or DB / It should be really heavy! after 20 reps each side your legs should burn like hell!
15 strict rope Pull-ups
rest as needed
