5 sandbag cleans AHAP + 20 jumping Lunges
6 sandbag cleans + 20 jumping Lunges
7 sandbag cleans + 20 jumping Lunges
etc. 
B)
Bring Sally up – bring Sally down with Sandbag-Squats AHAP
dropping the sandbag = 50 Burpees for everybody 🙂
C)
Team of 2:
1 mile farmers carry with Kettlebells / mixed Teams M/W / every Team takes 1 X 24Kg Kettlebell + 1 X 16Kg Kettlebell. 1 Person is carrying both (Yes, uneven weight!), the other Person has rest. Change as needed.
