A) 12 minutes amrap of:
10 reps reverse snow angels 
(5 reps clockwise + 5 reps counter clockwise)
10 reps shoulder-rotation with PVC pipe 
10 reps bag front raises from squat position

B) 200 reps 1 arm overhead Squats 
with object on flat hand 
(change hands whenever you need to)
OTM do 5 Burpees
