- 8 reps Barbell Strict Press RPE 7-8

B) Every 90 seconds for 5 alternating rounds each exercise do:
- 12 reps Flat Bench DB-Fly RPE 7-8
- 8 reps Deadlifts TUT X-0-3-0

C) Finisher! Floor Press with Plate or Slamball. 
M20kg-35kg / W15kg-25kg30 seconds slow Floor press + 30 seconds fast 
Floor press + 30 seconds extended hold for 3 
rounds. There is no break for the 3 rounds!
