A) OT 90 seconds for 5 rounds each do:
1) 8 reps Bench-Press
2) 20 reps Tuck-ups

B) OT 90 seconds for 5 rounds each do:
1) 8 reps one arm strict Press with DBs / 8 reps each side
2) 20 reps russian twist with DB M20Kg/W15Kg / don’t touch the floor with the DB!

C) Finisher
